Dear visitors, dear guests

“…The “Goldene Traube” (in English: The Golden Grape)is a small, cosy hotel, with a restaurant whose food and wine-cellar share an excellent reputation both near and far…..”
This description from the 1920s still applies today. For more than 130 years, the Allmacher family have been taking care of guests. Even back in 1878, when Richard Allmacher II furnished the very first guest rooms, the pub was already well-known and well-frequented.
Since then, the quarrystone facade has, of course, aged somewhat, but on the inside the house has remained young.
At the “Goldene Traube”, tradition and progress have been harmoniously united. This has endeared the establishment to the public, and has resulted in a continuous increase in the number of “regulars”.
